Orders + Shipping

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes! We are currently shipping to Canada, USA and Australia. If you're outside of these countries, we'd still love for you to get a bag. Email us at info@duvalcanada.com to let us know where you are and we will do out best to make it happen!

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped from our studio within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email providing you with shipping and tracking details.

When will I get my order?

Your package is shipped through Canada Post by standard mail. Depending on where you live will determine how long it takes for your package to arrive. You will be sent a confirmation email providing you with shipping and tracking details which will clarify more information on arrival dates.

*PLEASE BE ADVISED: DUE TO POSSIBLE CANADA POST LOCK OUT, WE WILL BE USING AN ALTERNATE COURIER AND PROVIDE YOU WITH SHIPPING AND TRACKING DETAILS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*

Will I be charged duty?

We ship all our products with duties and taxes unpaid. If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, these duties and taxes are you responsibility to pay in order for the package to clear customs. We cannot predict how much these will be. 

 

Returns + Exchanges

Can I return an item?

If you changed your mind and would like to return your item, we’re sorry to hear that!  You may return your item within 20 days of the date of the arrival of your order, provided the item is unworn and in brand new condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our studio in Edmonton, AB, Canada. Please email us at info@duvalcanada.com to let us know you wish to return your item and provide us with the tracking number. All handbag and choker returns MUST be sent back in the original box (or similar box), failure to send the item back in an appropriate box may cause the item to arrive back to us in an unsellable condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue your full refund.  

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@duvalcanada.com
