Orders + Shipping

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes! We are currently shipping to Canada, USA and Australia. If you're outside of these countries, we'd still love for you to get a bag. Email us at info@duvalcanada.com to let us know where you are and we will do out best to make it happen!

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped from our studio within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email providing you with shipping and tracking details.

When will I get my order?

Your package is shipped through Canada Post by standard mail. Depending on where you live will determine how long it takes for your package to arrive. You will be sent a confirmation email providing you with shipping and tracking details which will clarify more information on arrival dates.

Will I be charged duty?

We ship all our products with duties and taxes unpaid. If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, these duties and taxes are your responsibility to pay in order for the package to clear customs. We cannot predict how much these will be. 

 

Returns

Can I return an item?

For all handbag purchases, due to your item being made on order just for you, we currently cannot accept any returns. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

All small accessories and scarves may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from receiving your package. Should you want to return your purchase, please email us at info@duvalcanada.com to let us know about the return. Once we have received your item and deemed it to be in its original unworn condition, your refund will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@duvalcanada.com
